Nombre/Pronombre + verbo to be / verbos enlace + adjetivo comparativo + than + nombre

Nombre/Pronombre Verbo Adjetivo comparativo than Nombre/pronombre
Hubert looks taller than Helen.
The children are more excited than their parents.
Sheila is more intelligent than Mike.
The prices here are cheaper than in the market.
Animals in the wild are wilder than animals in the zoo.

Nombre/Pronombre + verbo to be / verbos enlace + adjetivo comparativo + than + pronombre

You are prettier than she is. You are prettier than her.
They are taller than he is. They look taller than him.
She is more intelligent than they are. She is more intelligent than them.
